Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Ceyonra's custom web design, development, landing page, redesign, and related creative services. Because our work is custom service work, refunds are handled differently from physical product returns.

Custom service work

Ceyonra provides custom digital services. Once planning, design, development, creative work, communication, setup, or other project work has started, the payment covers time, expertise, and work already allocated to your project.

For that reason, custom work, approved milestones, completed work, delivered files, design work, development work, strategy work, and digital service work are generally non-refundable.

Refunds before work starts

A refund may be considered if you request cancellation before any project work has started. The request should be made as soon as possible after payment and before Ceyonra begins planning, design, development, content work, setup, or other service activity.

If work has already started, the payment is not refundable except where Ceyonra decides otherwise in writing.

Non-refundable items

The following are non-refundable once paid, purchased, approved, delivered, or started: deposits for active work, completed milestones, design concepts, development work, landing pages, website redesign work, delivered files, consultation time, project planning, copy/content structure, third-party fees, domain/hosting costs, paid plugins, paid tools, stock assets, payment processing charges, and other costs already incurred.

Duplicate or incorrect payments

If you believe you made a duplicate payment, incorrect payment, or payment by mistake, contact us with the payment reference, payment date, amount, and contact details. Valid duplicate or incorrect payments may be reviewed and refunded where appropriate.

Project cancellation

If you cancel a project after work has started, Ceyonra may stop further work. Amounts already paid for started work, completed work, approved work, or allocated project time are not refundable.

If a project is cancelled by Ceyonra before work starts, any amount paid for that unstarted work may be refunded, excluding any payment provider, bank, or third-party charges where applicable.

Refund method and timeline

Approved refunds will usually be returned through the original payment method where possible. Bank, card, PayHere, or payment provider processing timelines may apply and are outside Ceyonra's control.

Any payment provider fees, bank charges, currency conversion costs, or third-party charges may be deducted where applicable.

To request a refund review, contact Ceyonra at hello@ceyonra.com or +94742276407 with your name, payment date, amount, payment reference, and reason for the request.
