Our services may include business websites, landing pages, website redesigns, inquiry flows, social media ad creatives, video editing, and related digital work.

Any quotation, estimate, or proposal is based on the information available at the time it is prepared. If the project scope, content, features, integrations, timeline, or revision requirements change, the final cost and delivery timeline may also change.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit or advance payment is required before project work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before launch, handover, file delivery, or publication of the completed work.

Online payments may be processed through PayHere or another approved payment provider. Payment provider fees, bank delays, payment holds, failed payments, or card/bank authorization issues are outside Ceyonra's control.

You are responsible for providing accurate business details, service information, contact details, logos, images, brand assets, website access, hosting/domain access, approvals, and feedback needed to complete the project.

Delays in providing content, feedback, access, or approvals may delay the project timeline. Ceyonra is not responsible for delays caused by missing or inaccurate client-provided materials.

Included revisions, if any, will be described in the quotation or project agreement. Extra revisions, new sections, new pages, major design direction changes, or new features may be quoted separately.

Once you approve a design, milestone, draft, or final deliverable, additional changes may be treated as new work depending on the amount of work required.

Delivery timelines are estimates unless a fixed timeline is specifically agreed in writing. Launch may depend on content readiness, hosting/domain access, third-party approvals, payment completion, and final client approval.

Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, paid plugins, stock assets, email services, payment gateways, fonts, or other tools are the client's responsibility unless the quotation says otherwise.

After full payment is received, the final custom deliverables prepared for your project may be used by you for your business. Ceyonra retains ownership of pre-existing tools, methods, reusable code, workflow assets, templates, know-how, and internal processes.

Third-party assets, software, plugins, fonts, images, and services remain subject to their own licences and terms.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Ceyonra may reference completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, or marketing material. Sensitive business information will not be intentionally disclosed.

Ceyonra will use reasonable care when providing services, but we do not guarantee specific search ranking positions, advertising results, sales, leads, revenue, platform approvals, or uninterrupted third-party service availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ceyonra will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of business, data loss, third-party platform issues, or problems caused by client-provided materials or access.
